Add Infectious/inflammatory retinal diseases

The NEIO already has terms for retina and disease. I think this could be a defined class if we use MONDO's inflammatory disease class, but that may be controversial. There is also a 'inflammatory disease' class if EFO. I couldn't find one in DO.

Wondering if we want to create a more general 'disease organ' class.
