Aria2 process does not start - win7 64bit - Chromium 84.0.4118.0

If uGet is launched manually Aria2 process starts and all integration with Chromium works well.
Otherwise, Aria2 does not start at all and there is no possibility to download chromium links with uGet.

I have prepared a small workaround using PowerShell from Python - please see zbyna@583a6cd But in my opinion, this is rather a hacking then solution 🙂 : but it works for my configuration.
