Well, guys, its not the official php-awesome list..

The official ones can be centrally found here: https://github.com/sindresorhus/awesome#readme

Which points to an official, categorized and much better awesome list for PHP:
https://github.com/ziadoz/awesome-php#readme

Hope I could help some of you guys who also tought: What is this.

But that one is dead now too. The last update was last year. 107 open pull requests.

https://github.com/php-collective/awesome-php is the successor, with hopefully 5-10 maintainers so we dont have a bus factor anymore
