①発言禁止時間の短縮が見かけ上しか動かないor動いてしまう
　設定したn秒が経つまで、短縮して発言禁止時間が0になっても再度発言禁止時間が設けられる

　↑これはどうでも良い報告ですが一応。

②発言禁止時間を延長し、設定したn秒が経った後に短縮ボタンを押して発言禁止時間から抜け出すと昼時間がスキップされて猶予時間になる。
