Format of user's name within Enquiry Management Tool (Owner field) #75

The name of each user within the Enquiry Management Tool is obtained and pulled from their SSO profile.

Therefore if there is a dependency on the creation of users SSO account to be correctly formatted (capitalisation, apostrophes, hyphens etc)

For example, if a users SSO account contains the users name without capitalisation, the user's name enlisted within the Enquiry Management will be in lower case.

This is currently occurring for some members whose name is enlisted within Enquiry Management Tool, all in lower case and missing an apostrophe in surname

@rahulbist This is up for discussion with Data Hub product management but I don't think the responsibility for correcting names can or should be within the tool. Even auto capitalising isn't a good solution because there are edge cases. Ideally the names should be correct before we receive that data - this should be fixed at the SSO level.
