Not sure if this is the best course of action, but since the Pi is faster, lighter, and more capable, would this be a good idea?

When Pi is moved inside, if we still want to use the camera, we'll need a longer cable. https://www.adafruit.com/product/1731 might work? Otherwise there are also longer options.

Update: longer camera cable is purchased and installed. Might be flaky, or might be the camera module.

We'll also need more serial adapters for the Pi---I think the robot uses four:

  • Camera control
  • Speech synth
  • Robot drive
  • Sensor units (This might be two separate ones, on each side of the robot?)

We could either use four adapters like this or one with four ports like this one.
