When importing data generated by this script, we regularly get the following warning message for the peptides table:

Row 1022 was truncated; it contained more data than there were input columns

We should check out what causes this and how we can get rid of this annoying warning. My guess is that the delimiter that's used when importing the data somehow also occurs somewhere in the input rows.
