[Feature]: add description of default flows in nodered and expand configuration

the nodered microservice can be deployed with some default flows. in its page /docs/architecture/microservices/core/node-red/, in the "How it works" section, add a list of the different flows with a one-liner to explain them, and point to the relevant community-repo page.

in the "configuration" section, explain that in the danger zone of the helm chart is possible to configure the settings for nodered. https://nodered.org/docs/user-guide/runtime/settings-file documentation from nodered. Add a code block with the settings file from our values.yaml
