Internal Issue (If applicable):
NOTE: The filiph/linkcheck tool doesn't seem to run when adding link on website, seems to only work with repo files, we would need to specify this in every repo to work. Is there a way to do it cross-repo? Running it on unodocsprstaging.z13.web.core.windows.net/pr-17915/index.html should work, but probably other tool is needed? Or something needs to be specified.
