Is there a case for truncating such a list and saying "...and more" on the search return? Clearly the full record page should list all copies of an item.
As I understand this the system cannot distinguish between periodical and other items in its current guise, hence placing a limit for just periodicals would be hard. As such, I propose we limit any list at 20 items, indicating quite clearly that there are others available as well.
