introjs-tooltipReferenceLayer not found error on opening developer console #2072

Tested on Firefox Nightly 131 and Arc 1.54

Everytime I run through my intro tour (once it starts or once it finishes), and I open my developer console using cmd+shift+i, i run into this error:
