Implement fuzzy search API with search by keywords and by geographical area.

Search result should include metadata suitable for fuzzy search tile display, e.g. title, description, counts and so on.

The codes have been pushed and updated. It is now running on dsbox02.isi.edu:9000 now. For deetails please refer to https://github.com/usc-isi-i2/datamart-upload/tree/jun_devel/datamart_web/fuzzy_seaerch
