We should figure out what "similarity" between controls/SSPs mean:

  • Is it semantic similarity?
  • Use of many of the same linguistic entities / proper nouns?
  • Is one better than the other for certain cases? For example: semantic similarity for finding duplication, entity matching for finding related SSPs.

Unclear to me where spaCy's similarity() falls on that spectrum.
