Future feature request: Satisfying GPU and interconnect requirements

In addition to satisfying CPU and memory requirements as the first step in the metascheduling that we are aiming to achieve, time permitting we should also work on satisfying requirements about

• GPU requirements
• HPC cluster interconnect and Process Management Interface
• others?
