multuple entries for some datatypes

As noted by Chris Barnett in https://help.galaxyproject.org/t/duplicate-tools-and-datatypes/1694
EU has several datatypes that are presented for selection multiple times. The one he gathered are:

• blastcml
• consensusxml
• cps
• deeptools_compute_matrix_archive (multiple duplicates)
• deeptools_coverage_matrix (multiple duplicates)
• eden_model
• idpdb
• pdb

These datatype duplicates are even more confuisng than tool duplicates because for the user there is no way to find out if they are equivalent or different.

@bgruening suggested that these could stem from times when datatypes were still installed via the toolshed. Not sure where to report this issue, but if it's really toolshed-related, this could be the right place?

I fixed the deeptools ones already. Need to double check the others as well.
