Have you verified that your deployment is enabled for Public Listing (/admin/manage/publiclisting)?

The Ushahidi iOS app uses the backend API Tracker service to find nearby deployments.

For example, the following tracker query returns maps within 500km of Saskatoon.

http://tracker.ushahidi.com/list/?distance=500&lat=52.13437&lon=-106.64765599999998&return_vars=url,name,description,discovery_date

You can test by changing the &lat= and &long= in the above query.

Hey Dale, thanks for getting back to me. I checked to make sure the public
listing is set, and it says it saved everything just fine, but the box I
checked was left unchecked when the page refreshed but the JPEG I added was
still there. I'll test the lat/long in the meantime.

Also, I'm having trouble accessing my reports. When a report comes in, I
can approve and verify it, and check the 5 reports that I can view in the
dashboard but I cannot check any prior reports to those 5. Any time I'm in
my dashboard the error 'This webpage is not available' comes up when trying
to access all of the reports:
https://acadiaparkspaces.crowdmap.com/admin/reports

I've contacted Crowdmap Support but haven't heard back from them yet. If
there's something from my end that I could do to fix that, please let me
know. I'm trying to get this project off the ground and I'd love to have
all the tech issues solved to focus on the rest.

Thank you!
Ana

Hey Ana,

Did enabling Public Listing add your deployment to the search results?

Hey Dale,
Enabling the Public Listing didn't add my deployment to the search results.
I'm assuming bc I'm having trouble loading my Reports it may affect other
functions? Not sure though...
