RHEL 9.1 os reinstalling again and again

Hi Team,

I am using UTM for MAC(M2 chip). I got RHEL 9.1 aarch(DVD ISO) from RHEL official website. Link below:

https://developers.redhat.com/content-gateway/file/rhel/9.1/rhel-baseos-9.1-aarch64-dvd.iso

The OS gets installed but after clicking on "reboot" to be able to use this VM, it goes to installation of OS again on the VM.

In other cases(like Virtual box), it had options like "Live CD" which had to be unchecked. I am using default settings other than 20GBs of Virtualdisk, 2GBs of RAM and 1 core CPU.
Please suggest what could be the reason for this.
