Crash after trying to open VM

Describe the issue
UTM seems to always crash when trying to start any VM, as in outright exiting the app. I also tested UTM SE downloaded thru the App Store and it displays an error message before also exiting:

But one thing I neglected to mention, is that it seems to happen with any kind of VM I make. I tried PPC, x86 and x86_64, and they all have the same issue. Even importing the prebuilt VMs from the gallery doesn't work.
