Would be awesome to integrate a git version control system (Github/Gitlab) to UVDESK, to synchronize:

  • Ticket creation with issue creation
  • Ticket status (Open / Closed)
  • Labels of the issue
  • Who is assigned to

With this plugin will be easier to use UVDesk for software companies

This is here to inform you that this integration is not available as of now with the UVdesk helpdesk ticketing system. But we can make this done via customization which would be paid service.
