Create ticket or reply from customer side after that refreshing page add new reply added automatically

How to Reproduce:

Step 1: Login with worpdress helpdesk customer panel and create a new ticket:

Step 2: Now after create ticket, refresh the page again and here again created ticket also showing a succesfully created ticket pop up:

Step 3: Now Same things in reply form customer end then refresh the page, here reply added again in this ticket:

image

Possible Solution:

  1. If we have created ticket then refresh the page so again not create ticket again
  2. If we have reply from cust end so after page refresh th epage should not be added reply again in the ticket
