Then an SSL certificate for Apache on Ubuntu (or some other linux distro): https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-create-a-self-signed-ssl-certificate-for-apache-in-ubuntu-20-04

We want to use the existing CNAME "volunteer.sistering.org" in our firebase hosting domains for our VM frontend environment.
