Improve holidays localization

Hindi or any other native language speakers could contribute by improving holidays localization (translate existing countries holidays to languages they know).

I am participating in WoC 4.0 as a contributor and came across this issue. I’m interested in improving the holidays localization and would like to translate existing countries' holidays into Hindi. Could you provide any specific guidelines or examples on how to proceed?

As a side note I think l10n tasks by themselves are not enough for a good proposal. Please consider adding some coding tasks too.

Thank you for your guidance! I’ve reviewed the examples in the pull requests (#2031 and #2200) and read the localization section in the CONTRIBUTING.rst file. I’ll ensure to follow the guidelines while working on the task.

Regarding your suggestion, I completely agree that adding coding tasks would strengthen the proposal. I’ll include some coding-related improvements or features alongside the localization work. If you have any specific areas or issues you’d like me to focus on, please let me know.
