Per my discussion today with @xiaoumc, I realize that we need to really be able to see the difference in relative and absolute changes per taxa. One way we can do this is to look at the fold change.

- Total Abundance Firmicutes Abundance Relative Firmicutes Abundance
Control 1000 10 10/1000 = 0.01
Stress 2000 100 100/2000 = 0.05
- Total Absolute Relative
Fold Change (Astress/Acontrol) 0.5 10 20

We can add this to the statistical analysis for abolute and proportionate taxa tables at some point.
