hibernate mode 3

Hello, is anyone using hibernate mode 3? For example - if in RAM sleep mode the battery gets low and laptop shuts off, when it boots it will read the image saved to disk?

If so how did you get it working? I read through the hibernatefixup GitHub but not really confident how it works.
