Create a profile page where users can update their personal details.

Tasks:

  1. Create API routes for updating user data (PUT /api/user/profile).
  2. Allow users to set their first/last name, recovery email, change username/password, and set an avatar image.
  3. Create frontend forms for updating these fields.
  4. Implement image upload functionality for avatar images.
