I want send message to a host,
It's not in noti service list,
and can receive message use http/https

how can I send message to myself define service?

What kind of use case are you going for? noti isn't a server so it can't receive notifications, it only sends them.

I think the idea is to use noti as webhook if it makes sense @variadico
