+1 for this. I have an EAR project that contains all of my jar files (under /EarContent) and two other projects reference it via the MANIFEST.MF mechanism. So running your tool misses everything. Is there a stop-gap that I could use for now? Maybe throw all of the MANIFEST.MF stuff into the build path classpath first?
