I tried to use Mytoken to transfer my vthor to my softwallet.
I get an error because I didn't had my settings on Yes for contract data and multi clause.
I think they were set back to NO after I updated my Ledger program because in did transfer vtho in the past without any problems.

After I changed my settings into it works but the transaction that gave an error are not visible in transactions and are gone.
I didn't approve the transaction on my ledger. Only get an error message.
Where are my VTHO? is there a possibilty to retrieve them?

hi @VTHOholder ,you are correct. sometimes after update the ledger device , it may need to re-enable the contract data & multi clauses.

You mentioned that you saw an error when you are trying to sign a transaction . could you provide more details about the error message? furthermore ,about the vtho asset, you can check the activities or check it on Expolorerby enter your ledger device address or transaction ID if you have it.

Reply:
There is no transaction ID in sync wallet and also not in vechainstats and explorer. Error was something with 0x... didn’t write down. But it has to do something with the data contract and multi clause setting. When I set these on yes it worked fine.

hi @VTHOholder , please check your transfer log via Vechain explorer. if you cant find the transaction ,which means that the transaction is not sending to the blockchain. furthermore, if you find the transaction , please check whether the transaction is success or reverted.

Sync will send your transaction to the blockchain only if you confirm the transaction on your ledger device .

Reply: when i put in my wallet address in the explorer it only finds the 2 transactions that went through and not the 2 that are missing. My sync wallet is also not showing the transactions but I don't have the number of vtho that I had before.

i see , so base on the explorer result , the fact is that you didnt use your ledger device sign the transactions (2 missing transactions).

sometimes after ledger firmware update , you may need to restore your wallet by using mnemonic words(recovery phrase). please make sure the address is the same .

So after restoring my wallet the should be visible again or are the lost forever?
