Lack of permissions for generating releases

Hi @davamigo,

Im not sure if you´re the right person for this, but, as you may already know, Im no longer working at veepee, and my permissions over this repository have been downgraded. This is stopping me from generating new realeases (every release triggers a github action that generates a new jar artifact that is uploaded to the maven central repository).

I really dont know if at veepee there's some sort of guideline for managing something like this (where the main maintainer is no longer part of the organization)
