Make Endorsement Store Interface Key names consistent #167

For a variety of schemes, like Parsec TPM and CCA, The Trust Anchor and Reference Value Store have key names
which are inconsistent.

Revisit all Plugins and make sure they follow consistent approach.

Then modify the templates across, CoRIM and other repositories and change the fixed Endorsements used
in the Integration tests
