Inversion logic timing out tests

This is probably best fixed in vgteam/vg#2140, but setting the inversion limit to 1000 causes the calleval test to run out of time. vg call jobs that used to take seconds run on for seemingly dozens of minutes at least, perhaps stuck in a loop. This is strange, as I've tested on far larger and more complex graphs without issue. Currently patching via the config.
