Per the title, the old API was shut off without any sort of notice. Following the implementation guide for the new API, and passing the old credentials, does not work. There is nowhere to apply for new credentials.

We have emailed [email protected] and David Kaminsky [email protected] with no replies.

Please advise.

Had a similar experience. Previously obtained token was throwing deprecated error so I had to try the new guideline for getting new access token but had no luck, always getting 400 see specific error below. Imo, the API docs is kinda lacking and needs improvement.

{
    "error": "invalid_client",
    "error_description": "Client credentials are invalid"
}

The docs seem like a direct copy of Viagogo's docs: https://github.com/viagogo/viagogo-api-docs which have the same problem ("nowhere to register").

Presumably this is all related to Viagogo and Stubhub merging not long ago.

Surely one of these people could chime in with an answer... If they wanted to

@Greeeeyyyss finally heard back from API.Support, they are "not opening up any of the data APIs". So this is now a dead end for us.

@SpikedCola appreciated the heads up! Unfortunately they hadn't responded yet in my email. [email protected]
