Unable to use the addon #92

Please go to Settings > System > Logging and enable Event Logging, Debug Logging and Component Specific Logging, also make sure in the addon settings that "Debug" is enabled. Then try again and post the logs Thanks |

I can't see any error in the log. Could you try with Kodi 16.1, so we can exclude any bug in the beta version. |
Hello, i tried with Kodi 16.1 and i manage to listen some music one time, it took more than 10 minutes of loading. I just installed the last version (10.5) and it is the same. Is my location (France) can explain the long loading ? |
Your location shouldn't be a problem. Usually the library size and computer process power may impact in performance. My 6k songs library takes 1 minute to load on an Intel i3 computer. Try to generate a new debug log with Kodi 16.1, but be sure to enable 'Debug' in 'Advanced' tab in Google Music EXP addon settings. |
Hello,
I have installed this addon and configure it with my Google credentials but i am unable to use it.
When i want to start google music exp 1.10 with Kodi (17.0 beta1 on windows 10) it shows nothing, it loads non stop and the % of my CPU increase to the max. I have to kill the process of Kodi.
I tried to install and uninstall, it seems to work the first time, i have a message saying the library is updating, then i see the list of the categories (mix, playlist,...), but when i choose one it starts to load again non stop.

FYI i don(t have too many registered devices and i use my music account with my smartphone.
