Add built-in search component

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Commonly find myself checking after a new product is entered where it is in the graveyard and if it is appropriately rendering. I believe many users might visit the graveyard and then search to find if a given product is listed at all. The CTRL+F experience should be built-in to the site.

Describe the solution you'd like
A built in search bar to be present at the top of the page which limits the graveyard to those that match the input query.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Keep the CTRL+F experience
• Add fuzzy searching?
