Change Language, --use-mpv and keypad

Three questions:

1. How to Alter the Language of Pikaraoke to Portuguese from Brazil. I changed the "locale" with the raspi-config, but in itself it did not make difference in the application;

2. Is there any option to use the "MPV" player with Pikaraoke? I explain: MPV allows you to add options such as stretch 4: 3 to 16: 9 (I have many videos at 4: 3) and customize equalization and volume configurations in the mpv.conf file. Pikaraoke's options for VLC are limited;

3. Alternatively is there a option to use a numeric keypad with pikaraoke when there is no internet access? I was unsuccessful with Raspiwifi. I tested in several ways, but never generates a hotspot and I can't access the IP.
