Float has not been updated for the latest version of the constantly
changing webVR api. This is why it has issues in the chromium build. You
need to trigger display in the VR headset. There are some instructions
here: http://elevr.com/float/ and here: http://elevr.com/portfolio/float/

I'm in a Windows 10, tried the chromium build and both the Firefox Nightly 32bit and 64bit.
The one that worked best was Firefox Nightly 64bit. It tracks the headset movement, but it doesn't display the game in the VR headset.
It seems like the headset is waiting for some message that never comes, it's displaying the "waiting for [application]" screen.
