Cannot see nest depth indicators in Transmission GTK when selecting torrent files

Description

Consider a torrent file for the following directory structure:

lots-of-numbers/
├── big numbers
│   ├── 10.txt
│   ├── 11.txt
│   └── 12.txt
└── small numbers
    ├── 1.txt
    ├── 2.txt
    └── 3.txt

When I open a torrent file with such a directory structure in Transmission GTK, I can only select whether I want to download the directories big numbers or small numbers. Transmission collapses the .txt files inside these directories by default, and instead shows arrows next to the directories. This is so that the user can click on them to expand the directory list.

However, these arrows aren't visible when using any Canta theme. This does not happen with Adwaita.
