We're expecting testnet4 to launch in the coming months and be a part of the next Bitcoin Core release. PR is here: bitcoin/bitcoin#29775

I think we need to get support on rust-bitcoin first. But it's surely a nice feature

Our version of rust-bitcoin supports testnet4. Now it should be trivially doable.
