When serializing SCALE to a text format like JSON some types like binary data result in long arrays of numbers that are hard to grasp specially if the serialized representation is meant to be read by humans.

Possible opt-in improvements

• binary data as hex, base58 or base64
• Account IDs as ss58 address string(default to prefix 42)
