Create an output file with the command line used to run the tool #45

Maybe we can do it in the same file where we output the config file. Let's talk tomorrow about the content of the output file:

  • Datastring of the analysis
  • Version of the docker container
  • Version of the tool installed (AFNI version...)
  • Config file used to invoke the Docker container
  • Environment variables

Note: need to make sure that the docker version (which is already an argument to prfanalyze.sh) is also noted in the output file--can use the docker tag but also the docker unique id.
