I wondered if anyone has worked with any multiband data and knows of a way to perform slice timing correction on it in mrVista?
My understanding of the way slice timing correction typically works involves feeding in the slice order, but there doesn't currently seem to be a way of accounting for cases where slices are simultaneously collected, in which case I think slice timings would need to be inputted instead of the order.
I'm aware that many people consider the slice timing correction to be less necessary when you're using multiband and/or short TRs, but I'd like to be able to look at how much it really does affect the data (so that I can then chose to not bother with it in the future!).
Thank you!
Lauren
