Multiple terms

The current taxonomy terms allow only of one ''who', 'what' and 'where'.
In many cases, this seems to be a bit limiting, as we may have multiple key people related to a project/page, and most importantly multiple related topics ('whats').

Should we consider supporting multiple terms? For example:
