Add vf-page-header to figma
From the review done for the vf-block components,it was observed that the vf-page-header component is not in the figma library. Add this component to the component library in figma.
Add documentation to the vf-page-header
The vf-page-header on the live site currently has no documentation available. Create and add documentation for the vf-page-header component.
