close/close all annotation windows

I like the idea that multiple annotation windows (what you get when you click an annotated text fragment) can be open. That gives us a way to get an overview.

It would be good to have some global control over these, somewhere (in the KAT control panel; see #5) we should have a open/close all annotation windows interaction.
