annotated fragment styling

We should have a way to choose the CSS for styling the annotated fragments. Currently all of them are yellow, different colors would allow to keep track of the annotation types and also go a long way towards solving the the nested annotation problem from #7. I guess just allowing a CSS string in the annotation ontology would suffice.
