Currently pyJokes is used for getting jokes to display to the bot, these jokes are too programmer and IT focused.

Jokes needs redone to be more general and/or animal crossing related.

For anyone who wants to take this on.

Create branch from master, not release. (Release is cloned by servers for updates)
jokes command function is in the other.py File
so separate, a joke.py File maybe created to house the function for the jokes.
