How to modify the source code to get rid from "declared inside parameter list" warnings #1

I was wondering if could get rid of this warning declared inside parameter list.

I tried to use asn1c-0.9.28 to regenerate the source files from Lightweight-Directory-Access-Protocol-V3.asn1 but had no success.

I know that this PR fixes the issue
vlm/asn1c#96

How can I update this example to use our newer asn1c-0.9.28?
