FYI - Educates v2.7 users code-server v4.19.1, so unfortunately it's not the latest.

On TanzueAcademy we're doing the following:

@djschny thanks. yeah, that was the trigger/inspiration for this task - the code extensions are loosely coupled with the vscode versions, so the extensions align with both.
