Ability to define labels for sonobuoy plugin pods

Describe the solution you'd like
We'd like to be able to configure the labels of the sonobuoy plugins. We have some extra capabilities that are enabled by an operator when certain labels exist on pods and we'd like to have that capability within our plugins.

Environment:

• Sonobuoy version: v0.57.1
• Kubernetes version: (use kubectl version):
  • Client Version: v1.29.3
  • Kustomize Version: v5.0.4-0.20230601165947-6ce0bf390ce3
  • Server Version: v1.30.4+k3s1
• Kubernetes installer & version:
• Cloud provider or hardware configuration: N/A
