There should be a way to let users know if there's an update available and prompt them to update.

As the version code is now programmatically embedded, Wafter should be able to compare itself with the latest version code obtained from GitHub.

However, as this may interfere with users' privacy, toggling it off should be possible. This means creating a mechanism to store settings.
